Forno Commits to Oklahoma Wesleyan
Sophomore pitcher Brody Forno has announced his commitment to Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Forno in 2022 led the Tetons pitching staff in innings pitched. He was a staple of the rotation all season and really came into his own when the post season hit. Brody struck out 57 batters in 54.1 innings pitched in 2022. He will be asked to carry another large workload this spring along side a number of veteran arms for the Tetons.
Oklahoma Wesleyan University is preseason ranked number 17 in the NAIA national coaches poll. OKW competes in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference.
Coach Przybilla: "Brody was one of the more talented arms in the league last season. He has come a long way physically, but he has come much further mentally and emotionally. He is a competitor and one of those guys that just wants the ball. He has really grown up over the last year and a half he has been with us. We are so excited for him and his family. Brody is a perfect example of what it means to put your head down and just work. It's never about him. He cares more about our team than he does anything else. That's what really makes him a special player."
