Coach Jo’s Philosophy:

“The little things matter” Volleyball is a very strategic and technique-based sport. Players need apply themselves and do the little things in practice. Improving skills in practice leads to building a strong team to win games. This applies in life as well; you must work hard for what you want to achieve. Nothing is ever handed to you.

Jolyssa looks forward to helping her athletes reach their full potential. She will teach them the skills and IQ she has learned over the years. Coach Jo can’t wait to see what this season brings and memories that will be made.
