Baseball | Softball Announce Region Awards
Region XIII baseball and softball have announced their post season awards following the 2024 spring season. The Williston State teams have three players that were named All-Region.
BASEBALL:
Sophomore left-handed pitcher Kody Butt who was also named the MonDak "Pitcher of the Year" is one of two baseball selections. Butt went 4-1 in 54 innings and had a 4.00 ERA. Butt was one of the top strikeout pitchers in the country with 92. Butt will now move on and pitch for Bellevue University.
Sophomore outfielder Cameron Goff is the second All-Region player for the Tetons. He hit .327 with 50 hits, 18 doubles, 4 triples, and 9 home runs. He also walked 43 times. Goff was the key offensive contributor for the Tetons in 2024. He will continue his playing career at the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff.
SOFTBALL:
Sophomore outfielder Chelsea Creech was the lone All-Conference player for the Lady Tetons in 2024. Creech hit .468 with 51 hits, 8 doubles, 5 triples, and 7 home runs. Creech led the Lady Tetons with 39 RBI's. Her collegiate softball career has come to an end as she will now pursue a nursing degree.
