In 2023 Conway helped the Tetons win the Region XIII championship in a big way. He hit .344 with 12 doubles, 6 home runs, and 48 RBI's. Conway was a constant middle of the order presence that was big in the clutch. He was also was a strong defender at third base where he started every game for the tetons and fielded 94%. He logged some really important innings down the stretch. Conway, threw 13 innings, recorded 13 strikeouts, 3 saves, and had a 1.38 ERA.
"Kevin was one of the most talented Teton baseball players of all time. He found a way to be a really strong contributor while battling a wrist injury most of the season. Kevin was probably the most fearless player I have ever coached. The moment was never too big for him to come through in the clutch. It took quite a while but, I am happy he has found his four year home," said coach Przybilla.
