Tetons Dominate Mon-Dak Postseason Awards Following Championship Season

The Williston State College baseball team's historic season reached new heights as the Mon-Dak Conference announced its annual awards. After capturing the 2025 Mon-Dak Conference Championship, the Tetons were honored with six All-Conference selections, the league's Pitcher of the Year, the Character Award, and the prestigious Coach of the Year title.
Pitcher of the Year: Matt Thompson
Sophomore ace Matt Thompson was named the Mon-Dak Pitcher of the Year after a dominant campaign on the mound. Thompson anchored the Teton rotation, tossing 74.1 innings and posting a stellar 3.03 ERA. He tied the school's single-season strikeout record with 93 and was nearly untouchable in conference play, going 6-0 and 9-2 overall. His consistency and command made him the clear choice for the league's top pitching honor.
All-Conference Selections
Cameron Fenn – Freshman, Pitcher
Fenn impressed in his collegiate debut season, making 11 starts and going 7-2 over 59.1 innings. He recorded a 2.73 ERA and struck out 68 batters, forming a formidable 1-2 punch alongside Thompson.
Brayden Bunnell – Sophomore, First Baseman
A cornerstone of the Teton offense, Bunnell led the team with a scorching .399 batting average. Over 50 games, he tallied 59 hits, including 17 doubles, a triple, 4 home runs, and drove in 50 runs, consistently delivering in key moments.
Ben Black – Sophomore, Infielder
Black was a reliable and powerful bat in the lineup, hitting .387 with 53 hits, 16 doubles, and 3 home runs. He added 44 RBIs and played with poise throughout the season.
Kleysen Gabruck – Sophomore, Outfielder
The Saskatchewan native was a spark in the outfield and at the plate. Gabruck batted .341 with 45 hits, 8 doubles, and 4 home runs, driving in 37 RBIs and helping fuel the Teton offense.
Brady Henke – Sophomore, Shortstop
Henke was a two-way standout, providing strong offensive production and elite defensive reliability. He hit .375 with 57 hits, 9 doubles, a triple, and a homer. In the field, he boasted a .950 fielding percentage with 47 putouts, 105 assists, and just 8 errors in 49 games.
Character Award: Jaycob Pascuzzi
Sophomore Jaycob Pascuzzi was honored with the Mon-Dak Character Award, a recognition of his outstanding leadership, integrity, and embodiment of the Teton spirit both on and off the field. His commitment to team values and sportsmanship set the standard for the program.
Coach of the Year: Mason Przybilla
Leading the Tetons to a Mon-Dak Championship, Coach Przybilla was named the Mon-Dak Coach of the Year. The honor reflects not only the team's success on the field but also the culture of discipline, development, and competitiveness that the program has embraced under his leadership.
