The Williston State Women's Basketball team defeated the Lake Region State College Royals 64-47 on Wednesday. The Lady Tetons prevailed after a strong defensive effort. They held the Royals to just 30.4% from the field. 

The Lady Tetons were led by Canzas Hisbadhorse who had 16 points, 4 assists, and 6 rebounds. Hisbadhorse is normally a threat from beyond the arc but did not even attempt a three-point basket. Elizabeth Field had 15 points shooting 50% from three on the night. The Lady Tetons shot 44.9% from the field and 31.3% from three. 

The magic number is now three. The Lady Tetons have 5 conference games remaining. If they win three of the five, they will clinch the top seed in the conference.
