The Mon-Dak baseball pitcher of the week is Matt Thompson, a freshman righthanded pitcher from Williston State College.  While moving his season record to 3-1, he pitched 10 innings, allowed 3 hits, 3 earned runs, 2 base-on balls, and 12 strikeouts.  His week was highlighted by a five-inning no-hitter during an 11-0 win over Riverland Community College.  Matt is from Winnipeg, Manitoba and he attended St. Norbert Collegiate.
