Men's Basketball wins 102-88 over Hibbing
The Williston State College Men's Basketball team won 102-88 over the Minnesota North Hibbing Cardinals on Saturday afternoon. The Tetons led 55-51 at the half and would need to hold off Hibbing's strong 3point shooting in the second half to come out on top. The Tetons would outscore the Cardinals 47-37 in the second half to win the game.
Rex Sterling once again was the bright spot for the Tetons as he scored a season high 30 points paired with 8 boards and 2 assists. Tyler Best had 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 1 assist to help put the Tetons over the top. WSC shot 62.7% from the field while Hibbing shot only 46.7%.
The Tetons are now 3-4 on the season and will be back in action Sunday November 26th against Bismarck State College in "The Well".
